Prioritise quality over quantity. Booked sites should have strong foot traffic — roughly 50+ daily visitors — and let a fundraiser engage people without being ejected. Target ~8 sign-ups per site.

- ✕No sites booked in the last three weeks (see the Do-not-book list)
- ✕No Trader Joe's for Doctors Without Borders
- ✕Stay out of the northeast and anywhere near Nellis Air Force Base
- ✕Avoid the lowest-income areas — check local income before booking (ZIP guidance below)
- ✕In a complex, store approval alone is not enough — get property-management approval too, or security will pull the team on the day

$400 total for the pilot, covering all three markets, for one week of active site acquisition. Invoice on completion; paid via Western Union, international bank transfer, or credit card. No additional fees or expenses unless agreed in writing in advance.
